Christian County Optimist club meets the 2nd and 4th Monday's of every month at Bud & Walt's Pizza and Pasta House in Nixa. The 2nd Monday's are a noon meeting which follow a more traditional business meeting format; the 4th Monday's are at 6:00pm and are more social in nature with encouragement on family and friend participation and potential guest speakers.

Christian County Optimist Club is dedicated to the concept of bringing out the best in kids. We have been chartered since 2003, and since then we have strived to bring the mission of Optimist International to the Christian County area. Through our community involvement efforts we attempt to provide children with opportunities that may not be readily available to them in Christian County.

We have partnered with other community sponsors including local fire and police departments, St. John's, and the Christian County Sheriff's department. We receive valuable assistance from local businesses.

We have a wide range of members from all around Christian County.
